Strategy: Identify, aggressively pursue and acquire new funding sources
Introduction
The above strategy was the focus of the finance team. As stated our charge was to identify, aggressively pursue and acquire new funding sources and in doing so, our first goal was to think “outside the box”. In doing so, many ideas were brought up and debated. Each idea rising and falling on its merits and no idea was considered to bizarre to discuss. Attached are the Action Plans and Cost-Benefit Analysis this team thought would have the best chance of providing the Boyle County School District with additional funds working within the legal constraints placed upon school districts.
To this end, I want to thank the following persons who gave their time and energy into developing the following action plans.

Steve Karsner - Assistant Principal Boyle County Middle School

What is presented is a beginning, time and your expertise will provide other avenues for acquiring new funding sources. Take these action plans, review and critique them. Our goal is with your help these Action Plans can be implemented and assist the students of Boyle County.
