Student & Staff Computer Purchases
Through the Instructional Device Upgrade (IDU) initiative, the State acquired new contract pricing for Dell, Apple, Hewlett Packard & Lenovo (IBM) computers. The pricing has been opened up to students and staff.
Product, pricing and contact information can be found at the Kentucky Department of Education website for IDU Pricing.
If you are interested in purchasing a system, please contact the vendor directly. You will need to mention that you would like to purchase a product off the Kentucky IDU price contract.

Microsoft Software Purchases |
Students and staff are given special pricing on Microsoft Software purchases. Purchases are limited to one license per title, but you may purchase multiple titles. You'll need to provide proof of employment (staff) or enrollment (students). The easiest way to do this is through email. You will be asked to provide a school email address. At that point, you will receive an email that confirms your status as a student/employee. You will be given a link to follow where you can complete the purchase. You can also provide proof of enrollment/employment through a copy of a report card or pay stub. Instructions for how to do this are on the site.
